Store Google Sheets API Key and SheetId into variables for Table widget accessing Google Sheets

I am using the Table widget using Google Sheets in the Elementor Plus Addons. It's a great tool! I have used the Tablet widget to read from Google Sheets all throughout my site pages. So I have entered the API key and Sheet ID in probably 100 places. And now I have to change them since we moved the sheet to a new account so it got a new API key and a new sheet ID. Can you create a way where a user can define site-wide variables that can be used in the Table widget? For example, I may define variables like @GoogleApiKey and @SheetId. Then if I want to change either, it's just a quick variable change. Imagine how much work that would you could save users if an API key or Google Sheet ID or both had to be changed throughout a site!
