New Carousel option

Hello, Would it be possible to have a carousel option that is like - https://www.mandarinoriental.com/en/bangkok/chao-phraya-river/spa (please see how this works on desktop and mobile) Items start where content starts - but right edge goes off canvas Then once scrolled, items go off the left edge (current 'centred' option) The bullets are aligned to the left edge of the first item in full focus I know this means adding a new carousel layout options, but I feel this could be a popular addition.
