Loading animation

On the lazy load, the new posts have an animated effect that has the posts fly in from the top of the screen as the they load, this is a really jarring effect and bad UX, I would much prefer for the posts to just fade in or appear from their end position so they just load and there is no animation. Or even better choose or turn on/off animations.
